Dr Kuldeep Banwait is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for Joint Honours Marketing. He is passionate about research-informed teaching in bringing the subject of brand marketing to life. His doctorate studied the impact of a notion ‘student as customer’ on the future of English universities.
