Chrissie Rowell is a Lecturer in Marketing and Advertising with a strong practioner focus and a wealth of industry experience. She is module leader for Advertising Fundamentals and teaches many other creative and strategic marketing modules including Marketing Fundamentals and Design and Creativity for Marketers.

Faith Samkange is a Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Management. 

Lynn is an experienced criminal justice practitioner and a trustee of a number of charitable organisations working to prevent crime and reoffending. Her research interests focus on the rehabilitation of people convicted of sexual offences and the prevention of sexual crime. 

Kathryn Scott is a hospitality educator and possesses a wealth of program development, program management, process management, coaching experience, lecturing delivery experience and practical operational hospitality experience.

Celeste is a passionate marketing postgraduate research student who has a multi-disciplinary background. Her research interest lies in exploring the decline of high-street retailing and promoting the Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique (ZMET).

As an Associate Lecturer, Mark brings live examples from his consultancy, The Brand Strategy, including brand development, strategic customer experience planning and marketing strategy.

Ruth is a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance and is CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualified. Prior to joining the University of Derby, she worked as a Management Accountant and a Company Accountant for a variety of different companies in different sectors, including manufacturing, distribution and healthcare.

Simon Smith is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for the MBA Global and MBA Global Finance Part-Time. Prior to working in academia he was a senior manager in the semiconductor industry and continues to work with many organisations today, with a focus on improving business operations.
