Manjit Paget joined the University of Derby in January 2022 as Business School Programme Manager, with the overall responsibility of planning and managing the implementation of cross-cutting transformation projects, governance, stakeholder engagement and business change as part of the new Business School Programme.

As a Lecturer in Business, Economic and Social Policy, Chongryol is focusing on the research of dynamic enterprise interactions influencing on growth of SMEs and Start-ups. He has multi-disciplinary backgrounds in management and engineering so he can exchange broad range of knowledge with many business owners.

Fred coordinates the Sustainable Business and Clean Growth Research Cluster, leads the Low Carbon Business Network and DE-Carbonise Business project for pro-environmental SMEs. Fred is a Module Leader on the MSc in Sustainable and Ethical Business Management and an active researcher into leadership for sustainability. He also supervises PhD, DBA and MBA dissertation students.

Dr David Patton is a Senior Lecturer in Criminology and has been lecturing since 1998. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Dr Olivia Ramsbottom is co-Programme Leader of the Senior Leader's Masters' Degree Apprenticeship (SLMDA) and the MSc Management.  She is a Senior Lecturer, with teaching responsibilities across Derby Business School. She is responsible for the recruitment of students, and for the design of content that inspires, engages and develops students for the challenges of the future.

As a lecturer in Policing, Jenny teaches a variety of modules on the Professional Policing degree, including Serious and Organised Crime and Criminal Investigations, using her extensive policing experience to enhance learning. Jenny is the Accelerated Degree lead for Professional Policing.

Lynn is an experienced criminal justice practitioner and a trustee of a number of charitable organisations working to prevent crime and reoffending. Her research interests focus on the rehabilitation of people convicted of sexual offences and the prevention of sexual crime.
