Life
at Derby

For many of our students, we’re much more than a place to learn. We’re a home from home, a place to make new friends, enjoy new experiences and grow as a person.

The full campus experience

From September 2021, we are thrilled that we will be able to welcome all our students back to campus. Most of our teaching will be face to face, with plenty of interactive and applied learning. Large teaching sessions will continue to be delivered online and students will have access to a range of expertly designed digital resources.

All of our facilities will be open, including our specialist study spaces, the gym, libraries, social learning spaces, and food outlets. And our support services will be on campus to offer help if needed.

The safety of our students and staff is our number-one priority. So, if government guidance changes and restrictions are needed, we are well prepared to respond quickly. If you are a new or returning student, follow the relevant links for further information. And read our coronavirus FAQs.
