I am a senior business analyst and academic professional. I have over 17 years expertise in strategic business analysis in areas associated with Strategic Management, Operations (including BPI & BPR), Marketing (Strategic & Digital) whilst also working within different decision-making levels in industries like manufacturing, construction, retail, design and innovation management.  

I have vast experience as an academic professional, working with different Higher education institutes in the UK and overseas. I have vast experience of online and on-campus teaching using modern technologies for the enhanced interactive learner experience. I also visit academics in different institutes around the world.

I am a senior trainer (IS Business Analyst) and Work-based Learning (WBL) professional and provide training to working professionals in areas linked with Digitalisation, Operations Improvement. I have received letters of commendation from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) recently for two consecutive years in relation to the 100% outcome related to the Digital Marketing and Digital Strategy attempted by professionals.
