As a Senior Lecturer in the Policing Studies team, Michael Usherwood works predominantly students with completing their MSc Police Leadership, Strategy & Organisation.  He specialises in the study of police leadership through work-based learning. Michael manages the accreditation of the above MSc programme with the Chartered Manager Institute.
