Alaa AlZoubi is a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science at the College of Science and Engineering, and a research active member of the School of Computing where he teaches and leads modules in computer science at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr AlZoubi's research interests include Machine/Deep Learning, Explainable AI and Computer Vision.

Jon is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Derby. Jon has over 19 years experience both in the Games Industry and lecturing in Games in Higher Education.

Dr. Quang Dan Le is a Lecturer in Embedded Sytems at the University of Derby. He is interesting on Fault-tolerant control robot manipulator, Self-supervised learning for robot, embedded system for industry.

As a Lecture in Civil Engineering, Dr Louis Osei-Poku focuses on teaching and research pertaining to Geomatics, Land and Engineering Surveying. He also has interests in using GNSS to retrieve information on atmospheric response to weather events like thunderstorms, solar flares and magnetic storms.

Rebecca is a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Physiology and has completed her PhD in informing the need for bespoke interventions to improve quality of life and functional status in Long COVID. Rebecca's background is within Clinical Exercise Physiology and her interests lie in patient-led and lived experience research. 

Dr Yan Lin Aung is a Lecturer in Cyber Security at the University of Derby. He teaches modules in cybersecurity and supervises student research projects. His research focuses on IoT security, anomaly detection, and threat intelligence for cyber-physical systems.
