Peak Court

Students opting to live at Peak Court will benefit from accommodation with a bright and modern feel. Peak Court is fairly central to Derby city centre and all academic sites, making it a convenient location for all students. Peak Court is in close proximity to Darley Bank, Agard Court, Princess Alice Court and Nunnery Court giving the area a vibrant student atmosphere.

Each room has a small double bed, ample storage including a wardrobe and bookshelves, a desk and chair, plus its own ensuite facilities. Each flat has five or six bedrooms.

There is both wired and wireless internet access in all rooms.

Shared kitchens at Peak Court include:

• sink and drainer
• cupboards and worktops
• table and chairs or breakfast bar with seating.

The kitchens are cleaned regularly, by our cleaning team but residents are responsible for keeping their own rooms clean and tidy.
