Nunnery Court has been fully refurbished, making all rooms of a premium standard, complete with brand new carpets, furniture, blinds and toilet and shower facilities. All flats within this hall are comprised of five rooms. Nunnery Court is conveniently close to academic sites One Friar Gate Square, Britannia Mill and Markeaton Street, making it ideal for students studying there. Students living at Nunnery Court can also enjoy the scenic courtyard for socialising outdoors.

All the kitchens at this hall contain a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink and drainer, cupboards and work tops, and table and chairs or breakfast bar with seating. All students can take advantage of the Unibus service to travel between sites, to Derby city centre and to the train station.
