Learn how the pandemic has led businesses to develop innovative new business models that are proving to be game changing. Find out how your organisation can take advantage of these emerging opportunities.

What is this session about?

Global restrictions due to Covid-19 have impacted businesses around the world, causing huge declines in revenue. However, companies that have been prepared to adopt new ways of working, establish the right partnerships, and pursue business process re-engineering, have discovered innovative new business models that are proving to be game changing. This masterclass will help you to understand how your organisation can take advantage of these emerging opportunities.

The session is delivered by Professor Qile He, PhD (also known as Horace), Professor of Strategy and Performance Management based at the Derby Business School. Horace will share his critical reflections on collaborative relationships between organisations (‘inter-firm’ relationships) in the contemporary business world, and the potential for future developments based on his extensive research. Learn more about the current practices, challenges, and opportunities of inter-firm or inter-organisational collaboration in the UK and worldwide.

The session and the discussion will be particularly useful for those seeking to maintain, improve or develop future opportunities of inter-firm or inter-organisational collaboration, especially during the turbulent time of the pandemic.

How much does it cost?

This session is free to attend, without any cost to your business.
