This event will explore the way artificial Intelligence has evolved. Matt King and Adrianne Carter will discuss the impact and usage of technology in marketing and technological advances that help us understand the customer’s emotional response that influence increased ROI in marketing campaigns.

About the speakers

Matt King has been Category Director for Mintel's Technology and Media Research team for 7 years. He writes Mintel's quarterly Digital Trends series of reports, providing in-depth analysis of a range of personal and household technology markets. He also delivers regular talks on the latest trends in technology and consumers' digital habits, using Mintel's exclusive consumer research to examine how people are engaging with technology now and identify what they will want from it in the future.

Adrianne Carter is a much sought after specialist in Facial Action Coding System (FACS) and has helped global giants such as "Coca-Cola, Disney and Apple" in market research to understand what their clients really think about the products - not by listening to the words, but reading micro expressions that goes beyond what they have verbalised. She was Instrumental in developing cutting edge research methodologies to gain insight into emotion and behaviour.
