University of Derby Choir

We’re a ‘mixed ability’ group so, if you’re a singer or just want to come along and give it a go, everyone is very welcome (ability to read music is not essential).

Mindfulness Meditation

Facilitated by Brenda Caldwell Philips PhD, each session includes a 20-minute meditation, followed by discussion. Open to beginners and advanced meditation practitioners.
