Our agreement with you

Student Entitlement and Responsibilities Statement for online students

Our Student Entitlement and Responsibilities Statement is an agreement between you and the University of Derby Online Learning. You’ll receive a copy of this statement when you enrol on your course.

It provides a framework for the continuous improvement of our academic courses and related support services, and sets out how we can help you to achieve your full academic potential. It is based on things our past students have told us have been important to their success.

The document comprises responsibility statements and entitlement statements that make it clear exactly what you can expect from us and what we will expect from you as an online learner.

If you have any queries regarding our Student Entitlement and Responsibilities Statement, please contact our online learner advisors on +44 (0)1332 594000, and select option 2.
