The enrolment process

The steps below detail the stages and activities you will go through to submit your application and then continue through enrolment.

Please ensure you submit your application and enrolment in line with the deadlines, which are each detailed in the sections that follow.

You will first need to submit an application for the programme you wish to study.

Please ensure you submit your application and provide all supporting documentation ahead of the application deadline.

Once your application has been processed and any queries are resolved, you will receive an offer (subject to meeting to entry requirements for the programme).

You must accept your offer in writing by replying to the offer email.

Once you have accepted your offer, and the enrolment window opens, you will receive a password creation email and an 'Invitation to enrol' email and you will begin the enrolment process.

Please refer to the full guide below for additional support on creating a password and submitting your enrolment.

Please ensure you submit your enrolment ahead of the enrolment deadline.

Once you have submitted enrolment, you will be able to access your course and begin the induction activities. Please note: this may take 48 hours.

Before your place on the programme can be confirmed, you will need to submit the required payment for your course or provide a sponsorship letter or evidence of Student Finance being in place.

Once you have submitted your enrolment and made a payment, your enrolment will be checked and any queries will be raised with you.

You will need to ensure you respond to such queries ahead of the enrolment deadline.

Once payment is received and enrolment verified your enrolment will be confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email which will advise you of the next steps to start your studies.

All student tiles will now be available to you in UDo.

If you have not already, please ensure you complete your course induction by following the induction pathway as instructed in the confirmation email.

Once term commences you can log on to UDo and commence your first module.

When should I apply?

For most of our courses, you can start in either January, May or September. Our application portal is open for the below intakes, where applicable for each course. We encourage you to apply early to secure your place and to progress through the admissions and enrolment processes in good time ahead of the start of term.

By joining your course at the start of term, you will have the best opportunity of being successful in your studies. It is possible to join some courses after the start of term, though subsequently you would be required to catch up with your course materials otherwise this may adversely affect your outcomes.
