national career leaders conference 2020

Quality, Sustainability and Professional Practice.

Held on: Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th November

This was an online conference.

Quality, Sustainability and Professional Practice

This 2020 conference, postponed from July, was an online event featuring keynote speakers, plenary panels, workshops, networking and an online exhibition.

All three of the themes are important at the best of times, but for 2020, providing ‘good career guidance’ has been even more of a challenge. Our conference helped practitioners explore the themes of quality, sustainability and professional practice through the lens of the COVID19 pandemic and to make plans for the new ‘normal’. The event was targeted at school and college career leaders and those tasked with supporting and working with them to explore and improve career development provision in their organisations.

The conference was run through a professional digital conference platform 'hopin' a virtual venue for events.
