Access to Angel and Investor Networks

The aim of the Derby City Angel Investment programme is to develop Angel Investment and Investor Networks in the region.

The programme will support:

• Getting businesses who may need equity investment to understand what “equity investment” actually means;
• Helping businesses to get their core documentation prepared and in suitable formats for investors;
• Practising how to pitch to investors;
• Developing the local investor network.

The programme will be delivered through numerous channels of awareness raising, one-to-one and group coaching, mentoring, workshops and pitch events.

Workshop 1 - Investment Readiness – What Makes a Business Investment Ready?
