Report a Concern

The University of Derby recognises the importance of students' safety, on and off campus. We aim to ensure students and staff can access appropriate advice and guidance.

Report a Concern is an online system for staff and students to report incidents either anonymously or by requesting contact and further support from a University Adviser.

In line with the Student Wellbeing Confidentiality Policy, the information will remain confidential unless there are significant safeguarding risks.

Accessing Report a Concern

Current students

Report a Concern can be accessed through the ‘tell us’ tile on your UDo student portal (login required).

Non-students (or those who are unable to access UDo)

Report a Concern can be accessed using our online report form.

Staff members

If you're a staff member seeking support on behalf of a student, Report a Concern can be accessed through the Student Wellbeing Resource Hub on the Staff iD site (login required).

If you're a staff member seeking support for yourself, you can access the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) through the Staff iD site (login required)
