As a Lecturer of Education in the Institute of Education, Lynsey delivers initial teacher training to trainee teachers on curriculum design and development; research-informed practice; inclusive practice and innovative 21st-century teaching with the aim ensuring that teachers of tomorrow are reflective practitioners who are best prepared to be outstanding in education.

Adam is a Senior Lecturer in Education. He works within the Education department supporting international teachers, at different stages in their careers, to help develop their subject pedagogy and practice.
