Daniel's research is focused on enhancing understanding of how the livelihoods of coastal small-scale fishing households are impacted by the interaction of climate change and local socioeconomic factors.

Stephen is a senior lecturer in Applied Sedimentology and GeoEnergy teaching across the broad field of sedimentology, stratigraphy and subsurface analysis and characterisation at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level. Stephen undertakes a wide range of field and laboratory activities with collaborators around the globe.

Brett's current PhD project follows directly on from his degree’s third-year independent study project focusing on how the palaeontology in Malta can help us understand modern climate change.

As a lecturer in CLANS, Dr Norton teaches across Zoology, Biology and Geography. Her research is focused primarily on understanding and managing urban ecosystems for the benefit of both people and wildlife, taking an interdisciplinary approach.
