Course description

This six-module curriculum is designed to improve staff wellbeing. It improves mental and physiological health via mindfulness and compassionate mind training practices to enable observation of the contents of the mind as they arise; and to allow improved emotional and behavioural regulation.

Frances is the exiting Chair of the College of HPSC Research Committee.
