Campus Tours at the University of Derby

If you can't make an Open Day, Campus Tours can be a great alternative way to explore the University's facilities with our students.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, students and visitors is of utmost importance. To ensure this is prioritised, we are putting measures in place to reduce the number of people on campus and consequently, we have no upcoming Campus Tours planned. We will update this page with future Campus Tours dates when confirmed.

What to expect on a Campus Tour

Tours are led by our current students, who will tell you more about what it’s really like to be a student here and give you lots of information about Derby and all that it has to offer.

The tour will include a visit to key facilities at each campus and you will get the opportunity to look around our award-winning student accommodation. At the end of the tour you’re welcome to stay and look around at your leisure or maybe get something to eat in one of our campus cafes. Your student guide will be happy to tell you what’s available.

Please note our Campus Tours do not include a visit to academic departments or specific course information. The best way to find out more is to come to one of our Open Days.

We recommend you book your Campus Tour at least two weeks in advance as they are very popular.
