We are delighted that we can welcome you back on to campus. During our Campus Tours you will have the opportunity to explore our facilities and halls of residence as well as chat to our current students to find out why the University of Derby is a great place to study.

How it works

Tours are led by our current students, who will tell you more about what it’s really like to be a student here and give you lots of information about Derby and all that it has to offer. You will have a two-hour time slot, which you can choose on the booking form.

During this time you will have:

You’ll find all you need to know about our courses if you search course information or take a look at subject videos from our Open Day Live production.

Which campus should I visit?

The majority of our courses are taught at our Derby Campus, however, there are some Health courses delivered at our Chesterfield site. We can arrange a personalised tour of these sites for you and if your chosen course of interest is taught at Chesterfield, this will be indicated when filling out the booking form.

"It was an amazing experience to finally get a feel for a university as it is super hard to do this over a computer screen. I had visited Derby’s virtual open day and found everything that was said then to be absolutely true when finally visiting the University first-hand. I loved the way the University has been able to cope with COVID and the restrictions that are currently in place." Campus Tour visitor
