How To Apply Through UCAS

If you have received an offer from us through Clearing, you now need to make your formal application to us via UCAS. 

How you make this formal application via UCAS will depend on your current application status. Below you will find information about the route that applies to you.

I have not applied to UCAS this year

Can I accept Derby's Clearing offer despite having a firm place elsewhere?

If you have considered all your options and you decide you wish to take up the offer we have made to you, please get in touch with us on +44 (0)1332 591167 and we will work with you and UCAS on the steps required to change your application to Derby.

I am not holding any offers - can I still apply?

You can add the University of Derby as an Extra choice through the UCAS Hub. Full details and guidance can be found on the UCAS Extra page.

If I am already holding an offer from Derby, can I still apply for a Clearing offer?
