Teaching responsibilities

My background is based in hotel operations which has had a specialism in Food and Beverage and People Management. This is reflected in my love and passion for the subjects that I teach:

My teaching responsibilities span both undergraduate and postgraduate students and include business modules such as HRM, industry specific theory subjects such as International Hotel Management and I am also involved in practical operational events delivery for real work learning.
