My professional objective is to engage and inspire students to achieve their personal and professional goals by building satisfying hospitality and events careers.

Teaching responsibilities

My background is based in hotel operations which has had a specialism in Food and Beverage and People Management. This is reflected in my love and passion for the subjects that I teach:

My teaching responsibilities span both undergraduate and postgraduate students and include business modules such as HRM, industry specific theory subjects such as International Hotel Management and I am also involved in practical operational events delivery for real work learning.
