I am a Senior Lecturer with the College of Science and Engineering.

Teaching responsibilities

I am the programme leader for the top-up (Level 6) Management for Engineers. I am also the employability champion for the Engineering department.  I am a module leader for masters modules Strategic Management, Engineering Management, Enterprise Systems and Project Management, Driving Change, CPD and also for some undergraduate modules.

Professional interests

I have a passion for personal development and helping students to exceed their expectations and realise their full potential. I help students to engage with broader career objectives and think differently for a progressive future.

Research interests

My research interests are the circular economy and organisational change, as well as personal transformation.

I have 25 years of experience in a variety of management and improvement roles throughout a number of sectors, including;
