About

I am a keen reader with an interest in Gender and Race issues on different subjects. I am currently on a studentship for an inter-disciplinary PhD in Journalism specialising in the subject of Data dissemination strategies. I am interested in cross-curricular research in Social Sciences and Humanities as my qualifications over the years are from different fields. I have previously worked as a Research Assistant for a DFG-AHRC funded project at Nottingham Trent University on bilingual magazines post World War Two. I am multilingual (French, English and Creole) and love to analyse the interplay between language, communication and society. I am also an avid traveller and love to explore new countries and cultures to widen my horizon and understanding of others.
