About

I am a Doctor and Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Management at the Centre for Contemporary Hospitality and Tourism. I work across the Centre to design, deliver and manage a wide range of teaching packages for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Currently I have a leadership role in designing and developing part-time programmes.

My role at the University includes supervising research at all programme levels. I am actively involved in research on digital technologies in the hospitality industry and in the transformation of student educational experiences. I am also keen on development oriented research including entreprenuership, business management and sustainability.
