Research interests

My research interests are in the areas of development economics, conflicts, economic growth and market efficiency. My key area of interest is looking at the dynamics of conflict and its relationship with poverty, market inefficiency and inequality in developing countries. Aside from producing research outputs for academic purposes, my goal is for these outputs to impact on policy-making decisions and help countries develop better strategies.
