I am programme leader for Mineral Extractives Technology. My career in the industry has spanned some 35 years, working in the UK, Middle East and Africa.

Teaching responsibilities

Covers a wide selection of Mineral Product subject areas including Asphalt, Mineral Extraction Technology, Blasting Operations, Safety Health and Environment, Construction Product Technology, Cement, Clay and Concrete Production.

Professional interests

Pedagogy, Maintaining dual professional Currency.


Research interests

Student Engagement, Mineral Extractives Technology and Asphalt Technology.
