I have been in education for the last 19 and have experienced this from a class based teacher, through to a senior leader.  I have experience in both secondary teaching and leadership, along with the last five years working with primary and SEND schools.  Throughout the last 13 years, I have been heavily involved in ITT/E and this is a real passion of mine.

As an Associate Lecturer, I am fortunate to be part of a range of programmes within the ITT/E suite of courses. I tutor on the iPGCE programme which allows me to explore international education, as well as the systems within the UK.  I am also an Assessor on the Assessment Only route to QTS, as well as supporting the School Direct ITT/E programmes.
