After I graduated I started working as a Geology Technician with specific responsibility for Geotechnical Engineering and progressed to working as a Principal Analyst working with environmental samples running ICP-MS, ICP-OES and FIMS. I also have experience of working as a Geography Technician supporting GIS and surveying practicals and more latterly as a Sport and Exercise Science Technician supporting teaching, research, income generation and outreach.

I am currently a Technical Team Leader with a passion for inspirational technical leadership and health and safety at work.
