I am a passionate marketing Postgraduate research student who has a multi-disciplinary background. My multi-disciplinary experience equipped me with the rigorous character of a scientist and the creative mind of a marketer. Inspired by my supervisors, I am passionate about Marketing, in particular, consumer behaviour studies, and visual research methods.

My research interest lies in exploring the decline of high-street retailing and promoting the Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique (ZMET). Through my PhD research, I would like to contribute an in-depth understanding of the consumers’ perceptions of the high-street retailers and ultimately support the development of the physical high street for the future.
