About

I am a dedicated and passionate individual, both personally and professionally committed to driving meaningful change in the realm of supply chain decarbonization. My primary goal is to comprehensively examine the multifaceted factors that influence the decarbonization of supply chains.

My academic journey has led me to pursue a Ph.D. with a specific focus on supply chain decarbonization. In my research, I aim not only to gain insights into the current state of supply chain decarbonization but also to contribute to its advancement by developing new frameworks if necessary. I firmly believe that effective supply chain decarbonization plays a crucial role in combating climate change and reducing our carbon footprint.

Prior to embarking on my doctoral journey, I gained valuable professional experience at High-Speed Rail 2 (HS2), where I had the privilege of contributing to a ground-breaking infrastructure project. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of the intricate challenges associated with managing supply chains in high-impact scenarios. I have also collaborated with local companies like Toyota and Alstom, which further enriched my insights into supply chain operations, particularly in the automotive and rail industries.

These diverse experiences have not only honed my skills but have also reinforced my unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the field of supply chain management. My career has been driven by a profound passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility, which has led me to explore supply chain decarbonization in my research.

Additionally, my active membership in professional organizations such as the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and the Chartered Management Institute further enhances my ability to stay well-informed and connected within the field, allowing me to remain at the forefront of industry trends and foster valuable connections with peers.
