Unit summary

In this unit, we have outlined IAPT and stepped care models. Additionally, we have described and outlined two psychological interventions: CBT and ACT. We have discussed each therapy within the context of an LTC and have considered some of the strengths and limitations of each treatment. We ended the unit by outlining that you should have an awareness of other interventions and factors that should be considered when managing LTCs.
