“I am very excited about ‘coming home’ and sharing some of my thoughts and experiences with the audience at the University. It is an honour to be invited. I hope that people will gain an insight into change and success, have some fun and maybe realise that if I can, anyone can.”

Richard has received many accolades, including:

Professor Kathryn Mitchell, Vice-Chancellor at the University of Derby, said: “Richard is testament to what you can achieve when you’re passionate. It will be a privilege to welcome him back to the University to inspire our students and community.”
