About

I’m a positive psychologist with a passion for meditation, compassion practices, cats and Welsh rugby. My main academic interests are introducing positive psychology interventions into primary schools where I believe it can have a huge impact. I love working with children as they are so random in their comments. 

Thesis title 

A mixed-methods investigation into the impact of a compassion curriculum on the wellbeing of primary school children pre-transition to senior school.
