Martin Adlington is the Head of Civil Engineering, Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, Programme Leader, Senior Lecturer, Assessor and External Examiner with significant experience in all aspects of learning, development and education over 18 years.

Mark Hoyle is a lecturer in Business and Management, predominantly working with online and apprenticeship teaching. His specific areas of interest are Enterprise, Small Business, Remote and Wilderness Recreation/tourism.

Dr Iride Azara is a Senior Lecturer in Tourism and Events, and an active researcher across several University research groups and internationally recognised research associations. Dr Azara has extensive experience in undergraduate and postgraduate MSc programme management in Tourism, Events and Hospitality.

Simon is the Programme Leader for the BEng Civil Engineering (Apprenticeship) and has over ten years of teaching experience. He is a member of the Internal Masonry Society (MIMS) and has experience as a civil and structural engineer within a design consultancy. He is reading for a PhD in Masonry Design from the University of Leeds.

Dr Liyanage is the Programme Leader for MSc Strategic Engineering Management and BEng (Hons) Engineering Management. He is also an active researcher and his research interests and experience include operations management, computer simulation and sustainability practices on supply chain/manufacturing performance.

As a Lecturer in Business, Economic and Social Policy, Chongryol is focusing on the research of dynamic enterprise interactions influencing on growth of SMEs and Start-ups. He has multi-disciplinary backgrounds in management and engineering so he can exchange broad range of knowledge with many business owners.

Dr Mehdi Hasan is a Senior Lecturer in the discipline of Economics and Finance. He is the Programme Leader for the International Business Management. Currently, he leads a number of Economics and International Business modules at various levels. His research interests include, but are not limited to various aspects of third-sector and emerging economies. 

Ziguang is a Professor of Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management, a member of the University Professorial Council and Internal Review Panel of ESRC grants at the University of Derby, UK.
