Keeping your Uni account secure

To keep your Uni login secure, we now ask you to use multifactor authentication, MFA for short, so that no one else can log on with your credentials. MFA combines something you know - like your Uni logon details, with something you have - like your smartphone.

Learn more about MFA

Add as many verification methods as you can and keep them up to date. Changing your phone number? Update your MFA first!

Your logon is unique to you, so never share your password with anyone else. If you forget, want to change, or manage your password, you’ll find helpful password management guides on the IT Service Centre Knowledge Base to keep you up and running.
