University of Derby Assessment Centre (UDAC)

The University of Derby Assessment Centre (UDAC) is now closed.

For DSA Study Needs Assessments, you can find another DSA assessment centre either in Derby or, in your home town, by using the UK Gov postcode look-up tool. 

For DSA queries/ DSA Review of Needs e.g., for students who have already been previously assessed by UDAC and who may require more support hours / additional equipment, students will need to find an alternative DSA assessment centre, to do this; students will need to speak to their funding body. 

For Student Finance England (SFE), please contact the DSA Response Team on 01325 215 194, option 1 or by email at dsa_team@slc.co.uk. You will need to quote your customer reference number (CRN), this is the 11-digit number at the top of any letters received from your funding body.

For NHS students, please contact the team on 0300 330 1345 or, by email at nhsbsa.dsa@nhs.net. You will need to quote your Personal Reference Number (PRN).

For Social Work students, please contact the team on 0300 330 1342 or, by email at nhsbsa.swbteam@nhs.net. You will need to quote your Personal Reference Number (PRN).
