About

I am an Early Career Academic in Business and management, in the College of Business, Law and Social Science. My research area focuses on strategic transformation and cross-culture studies. I am also focusing on entrepreneurship and strategic human resource management (SHRM). I have abroad experience in the field of empirical studies. I am a  Fellow of the HEA (Higher Education Academy) in 2019 with HE teaching experience.

Teaching responsibilities

I teach MBA and Undergraduate programmes, I am also supervising MBA dissertations.

Professional interests

My major research topic is developing the Organisational Receptivity for Change (ORC) framework and using Chinese State-owned enterprises (SOEs) as a research context, applied Organisational Receptivity for Change (ORC) to investigate changes in Chinese SOEs.

I am also interested in cross-culture research, especially focusing on the different perspectives between western and eastern contexts when explaining or applying management theories.

Research interests

I am good at research methods, especially the quantitative method. I have plenty of experience in empirical studies in a cross-culture context.
