I am the Practice Placement Lead and a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Therapy. I work across the Pre-Registration and Post Registration Occupational Therapy Programmes.

Teaching responsibilities

I am the Occupational Therapy Practice Placement lead for the pre-registration programmes.

I also lead the postgraduate Advanced Occupational Therapy and Hand Therapy Independent Scholarship module, which allows students to investigate topics of their choice, through primary or secondary research and I teach on a range of pre-registration occupational therapy modules.

Professional interests

I am interested in professional practice and its interface with the knowledge base and theoretical underpinning of occupational therapy.

Research interests

I am interested in the lived experiences of students studying occupational therapy, specifically those who have additional support requirements.
