University of Derby Online Learning

I am a Lecturer in Business and Management at the University of Derby Online Learning. I have been involved in research and delivering educational programs since 2011. The driving force behind my research is the desire to gain, comprehend and generate new knowledge and communicate it to a wider audience. My research broadly focuses on entrepreneurial organisations, interfirm cooperation, resource dependency management, strategy, international business, institutions and global challenges research. My teaching is inspired by the same motivation that drives my research. Before joining academia, I worked for different organisations in the development sector to promote entrepreneurship. My work received global appreciation in the form of several accolades including an award from Queen Elizabeth II.
