Rock climbing and mountain biking.
I have been a keen rock climber and mountaineer for over 20 years and have spent 15 years working within the outdoor industry in a variety of environments. A considerable amount of my early career was spent in Snowdonia, working at both Ogwen Cottage and Plas y Brenin. It was here that I gained my MIA and built up experience working with both adults and children in an outdoor setting.
After some time spent travelling, I then gained a position at World Challenge where I became Senior Instructor. My role involved training new and existing leaders in the UK, Australia and the USA. I also led numerous expeditions of young people to destinations including; Tanzania (Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro), Borneo, Morocco and Romania.
