About

I have been a registered nurse since 2005, specialising in Respiratory Medicine. My NHS experience involved senior nursing roles as a Ward Manager, Deputy Matron and Clinical Education roles within the corporate education team. 

I began working at the University of Derby in 2022 within the Adult Nursing team and am now the Programme Lead for the MSc Adult Nursing post-graduate programme, alongside the MSci Single and Dual field programmes we offer. 

Teaching responsibilities

I am module lead for the Evidence Based Nursing Practice module at Masters level. I regularly tach across all adult nursing programmes offered at all academic levels.
