About

I am a Research Assistant at the International Centre for Guidance Studies (iCeGS), University of Derby. I have over ten years of research experience in social and educational contexts in Hong Kong. I specialise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Since joining iCeGS, I have been involved in a variety of research projects, particularly those with a quantitative focus. I have contributed to projects such as the Gatsby Consultation Survey, the Sustainable Futures evaluation for WWF-UK, and the Institute of Student Employers’ annual surveys on student recruitment and development.

Research interests

My research interests are in the area of career education focussing on curriculum development for secondary students and training programmes for disadvantaged groups.
