About

I am the Academic Project Lead for the Office for Students funded Student Attainment Project 2 (SAP2) at the University of Derby. This project is led by the Provost Professor Malcolm Todd and involves work with the Registry and our academic staff primarily, as well as the two collaborative institutions.

I have been employed in the UK Higher Education (HE) Sector for over 20 years, developing a national profile in pedagogic development and innovation as well as the impact of ethnicity on staff and students in HE.
