About

After completing my PhD at the University of Tehran, I joined the University of Mazandaran in 2019 as a tenure-track Assistant Professor. My dedication to student engagement and practical learning was recognized with the 2022 Teaching Excellence Award in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. In July 2024, I joined Derby Business School as a Lecturer in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Since 2013, I have been actively teaching and conducting research in Operations and Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on integrating business analytics methods. I welcome collaboration on new research projects in circularity, sustainable supply chains, and business analytics.

Professional interests

I bring several years of diverse industry experience, having worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the automotive, healthcare, advertising, and renewable energy sectors since 2012, before moving on to lead the planning department in higher education. My consultancy work has extended across banking, FMCG, and agrifoods, where I have delivered strategic guidance and market research expertise.

My professional interests focus on leveraging business analytics methods to advance market research, enhance customer experience, and drive improvements in operations and supply chains.
