I share the science of wellbeing through speaking, training, post-graduate lecturing, and writing. Known for my ability to translate my expertise into practical everyday tools and practices, I have been interviewed and quoted in the press and media ranging from BBC radio and TV to Glamour magazine.

I am the author of "Recipe for Happiness", "For Flourishing's Sake" and "Whole School Mental Health" (due for publication in 2023), co-author of "Character Toolkit for Teachers" and the "Character Toolkit Strength Cards", and co-editor of "The Big Book of Whole School Wellbeing".

I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University and am currently undertaking a Doctorate in Education at the University of Derby, with a research focus on Whole School Wellbeing.
