About

I am a doctoral researcher and university lecturer with a focus on business education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable innovation. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Business at the University of Derby, where my research explores how digital transformation drives digital entrepreneurial success in SMEs, particularly in developed economies such as the UK.

I have extensive teaching and mentoring experience in Pakistan, delivering modules in Management, Leadership, Strategic Management, International Business, Financial Management, and Entrepreneurship. Guiding students through research projects and helping them develop critical thinking and practical skills has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

My teaching approach emphasises engaging, inclusive, and research-informed learning experiences that connect theory with real-world business challenges. I am passionate about empowering students, promoting entrepreneurial thinking, and contributing to academic communities that value innovation, collaboration, and lifelong learning.

My academic and teaching experiences have given me a strong foundation in business, management, and leadership, which I bring into my research and student engagement.
