Xueer Ma is a lecturer in Business and Management, BLSS. Her research area focuses on strategic transformation and cross-culture studies. She also focuses on entrepreneurship and strategic human resource management (SHRM). She has abroad experience in the field of empirical studies. She is a Fellow of the HEA (Higher Education Academy) in 2019 with HE teaching experience.

Justin Okoli is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at Derby Business School

Rosemary is a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Management. Her current role is within the College of Science and Engineering, in the School of Built and Natural Environmental. She tends to be involved in modules that discuss sustainability and environmental management issues and is currently the Sustainability Lead within the school.

Ruth is a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance and is CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualified. Prior to joining the University of Derby, she worked as a Management Accountant and a Company Accountant for a variety of different companies in different sectors, including manufacturing, distribution and healthcare.

Academic Lead for Environmental Management, Dr Uchechukwu Okere, has previously worked with the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) to deliver professional training courses to environmental professionals in various sectors including oil and gas, maritime and finance in the both the UK and abroad.

Isobel is Head of Discipline of Applied Management. She has been in education for over 25 years but started her career in Beauty and Spa. Isobel was involved in the development of the first degree for Spa Management. She has responsibility for our Devonshire Spa, which has won several industry awards. 

Mike is Senior Lecturer in People Management and Leadership and teaches on both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Eleni is an Associate Professor in Business Management at the University of Derby, Buxton. Eleni teaches on subjects relating to the management and marketing of Tourism, Hospitality, Events and Spa industries.

Paul is the Programme Leader for HND full-time and part-time Business and Management. He lectures in Strategy and Logistics.
