One of the most chronic problems that the hospitality industry is facing currently and has done for many decades is the problem with skills gap and high staff turnover and one leads to another in a way because when the employees do not have the right set of skills it affects their level of motivation, their working standards and as a result they don’t last at their job very long.

So this short course was designed to equip managers and leaders to be able to train their employees effectively from day one, or even in a lot of cases from prior to their orientation period and their starting period, to train them fully with all the skills that they need to have to be able to perform the job.
